Made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and fermented separately. Aged two years in French oak barriques, followed by at least another two years in the bottle. A deep ruby red in colour, with highlights varying from purplish to garnet, it presents the nose with a bouquet of spices, liquorice and vanilla, as well as red fruit; great structure abounding in flavour and tannins.
